If you are looking to learn more about Champagne (and champagne) in general, or a certain Champagne House in specific, you can book me, The Champagne Chick, to incorporate a Champagne Experience the next time you entertain. Whether it’s a casual lunch with your girlfriends, a Champagne High Tea, or a dinner with friends, I can tailor a programme to suit your needs. It can be as casual as a chill gathering of #champagnefriends who wish to learn more.
My approach is informative and relaxed, I believe Champagne is something to have fun with, and I like to take the “snobbery” out of the experience when chatting to people about Champagne.
My Champagne Experience can be completely tailored to suit your specific needs and budget. But usually I will chat a bit about Champagne in general covering a range of aspects and then we will move on to the fun part, the tasting.
The tasting is based on 2 formats, either tasting through the range of cuvees from a specific Champagne House that you have selected, or it can be a Brut, Rose or Prestige cuvee tasting comparing the different expressions of different producers.
I can also include optional add-ons, for example; a sabering experience where I will teach you how to correctly sabre a bottle of champagne. There are many options and add-ons that can be included to make it a fabulous Champagne Soiree, and each package can be tailored exactly to your needs and budget.
My Champagne Experience does not necessarily have to be booked for a special event, if you are a group of friends who love Champagne and wish to learn more, gather your tribe, make a booking, and split the cost between everyone.

For now my Champagne Experience is limited to Cape Town and surrounds, however I am open to discussing the possibility of traveling nationally.
